Faz uns meses que vi a receita da Pavlova num programa da chef Lorraine Pascale e fiquei com vontade de fazer. Como tinha umas claras de ovo na geladera, resolvi fazé-las em formato individual pois tinha convidados em casa. A ventagem da Pavlova é que você pode por qualquer fruta por cima e fica deliciosa! Hoje tinha morangos frescos e essas amoras congeladas que deram muito certo. Misturei o creme de baunilha com lemon curd que fiz essa semana (ficou tão azedo que toda vez que como faço biquinho, mmmmm!) e o resultado não decepcionou.
Some time ago I saw chef Lorraine Pascale making a Pavlova on her TV show. Since then, I was obsessed with the idea of making one. After making a fruit tart last week I had some egg whites in the fridge, so I thought it was my chance of baking some mini Pavlovas to serve as dessert for my guests tonight. It doesn't matter what fruit you put on it, Pavlova is always delicious! Today I had fresh strawberries and some frozen blackberries that really worked well. I mixed the vanilla cream with some home made lemon curd that I made this week (it is very strong, just the way I love it!) and the result was pretty good
